Ultra TLC Premium Concentrate carpet prespray is a super concentrated traffic lane cleaner for heavily soiled preconditioning. Powerful, full strength formula works quickly to remove soils and stains which resist most ordinary cleaners. Boosted with citrus solvents for extra aggressive breakdown of grease, soil, and grime in commercial and residential carpets. Saves on labor. Pleasant citrus scent. Dilution ratio of 32 to 1 makes Ultra TLC the first choice for economy. Ready to use pH is 10.0----- Instructions: Mix 1 part Ultra TLC with 32 parts hot water (4 oz. per gallon). Mix well and apply to carpet. For use with an in-line sprayer use undiluted with the 32:1 metering tip or mix 1.5 quarts of Ultra TLC with 3.5 quarts water. For best results agitate with a pile brush or rake.
